Sessions are conducted over Zoom and will be recorded. After our session, you will receive an email containing links to download both video and audio recordings. These recordings will be accessible for download for up to one month following your session, after which they will be deleted from the Cloud for privacy and security purposes.

Once you book your session, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, please reach out to me via email.

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to our original scheduled session. As I spend considerable time preparing your chart in advance of our appointment, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice forfeit 50% of the session fee, unless rescheduled for another time. Sessions canceled with more than 48 hours notice will be refunded in full, minus 5% to cover processing fees.

• No-show sessions are not eligible for refunds.
